Manage a team and organize all or part of the activity of a development team in order to guarantee the development of products in compliance with regulations, Groupe SEB quality standards and marketing requirements throughout the product's lifespan.Manage the activity of the team for which he/she is responsible to ensure the development of finished products based on the product plan (new products, series life, requests for modification or 2nd source approval, pre-development plans, manufacturing transfer projects) while respecting the EPO development process and the tools specific to his/her activity· 2.
