ING Bank N.V. is looking for a Paid Media ExpertActivities:As a Paid Media Expert, you will define and execute our digital performance strategy across all channels and funnels. You will work in a multidisciplinary team of performance, conversion and content specialists, where you will ensure that our marketing engine scales both fast and sustainably.You combine strategic vision with hands‐on action: you know how to push for quick wins while also laying the foundation for long‐term structural growth.Responsibilities:Own the hands-on execution of our paid performance strategy across all paid channels – from campaign setup to daily bidding optimization.Own performance reporting and forecasting across paid channels, ensuring budget pacing and ROI targets are met.Design and run a structured testing roadmap (creative, audience, bidding strategy) to continuously improve efficiencyEnsure tracking and measurement infrastructure is correctly implemented across campaignsAct as the technical challenger to our agency partners and push for smarter,
