which represents the cornerstone of the company's digital strategy in Italy: it acts as the key touchpoint to enable customer relationships, accelerate self-service adoption, enhance the user experience, and unlock new commercial opportunities, including those driven by AI and personalization.Within this context, we are looking for a Web Software Engineer to contribute to the evolution of E.ON's web channels, with a particular focus on the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform.The role involves front-end development, configuration and evolution of AEM-based solutions, integration with enterprise systems, and ongoing collaboration with the UX, marketing, and business teams, as well as with Group stakeholders (Germany and other European regions) to ensure architectural consistency, adoption of common guidelines, and leveraging international synergies.We are also looking for someone capable of work
