Compensation & Classification: Compensation and employment terms are governed by the Italian CCNL Commercio agreement, with placement at Level 5 or Level 4 based on qualifications and experience.

Job Overview

The Assistant Garment Technician supports the Product Development and Technical team in the Florence, Italy office (Piazza Indipendenza) and works closely with the Technical Department Lead to develop technical expertise through hands-on training, mentorship,



and guided learning. This role provides direct support to technical operations while building the skills required to contribute effectively to the product development process. The Assistant Garment Technician embraces continuous learning, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and grows within a dynamic international corporate environment. This position offers an excellent entry-level opportunity for an individual eager to learn a specialized trade and build a long-term career in the apparel industry.

What You Will Do
- Support the receipt, organization, measurement, and tracking of garment samples to ensure alignment with design specifications and production requirements.
- Maintain daily communication with vendors and suppliers to monitor garment development progress, address issues, and support adherence to production timelines.
- Assist with updating internal PLM systems by entering technical specificat
