- The Role_

To support our international growth, we are seeking a proactive, accurate, and customer-oriented Customer Service Specialist, at Junior to Mid-level, to join our facility in Galliate, in the province of Novara.

This role represents a key connection point between international customers, the Sales team, Operations, Logistics, Administration, and external suppliers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career in an international B2B environment, gaining broad exposure to sales operations, customer service, order management, logistics, and supply-chain coordination.
- Your Responsibilities_




- Prepare accurate commercial quotations by analysing product specifications, requested volumes, pricing structures, delivery requirements, and deadlines.
- Enter, process, and manage customer orders within the company ERP system.
- Monitor the full order lifecycle, tracking key milestones and ensuring timely delivery.
- Act as a primary point of contact for international B2B customers, providing regular updates and professional support.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Logistics, Administration, Procurement, and other internal departments.
- Liaise directly with suppliers and external partners to support procurement and delivery activities.
- Identify potential delays, discrepancies, or operational issues and proactively coordinate corrective actions.
