The Assistance Nurse provides expert medical guidance and coordinates care for individuals experiencing health issues while traveling, ensuring safe, cost-effective solutions in line with duty of care standards.
Location: Italy
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM
Full training provided
Fully remote position: you can work from anywhere in Italy

What You’ll Do:
Manage medical cases for travellers abroad – assess calls, gather clinical details, and provide clear, professional advice.
Coordinate care and transport – work with global teams to arrange treatment or other support as needed.
Guide patients and clients – ensure safe, cost-effective decisions aligned with policy and duty of care.
Collaborate globally – liaise with Assistance Centres, treating physicians, and claims teams for seamless case progression
