Key Responsibilities

Dealer Network Enablement & Strategy
Develop and cascade annual, quarterly, and monthly dealer marketing plans aligned with national product launch calendars and regional sales targets
Design tiered marketing playbooks for different dealer categories (flagship 4S stores, satellite showrooms, authorised service partners) to ensure brand consistency while enabling local market adaptation




Establish and maintain Dealer Marketing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) covering showroom visual merchandising, POS material standards, and event execution checklists
Campaign Execution & Field Management
Lead the regional rollout of major campaigns (Auto Shows, Test-Drive Weeks, seasonal promotions, EV-focused events) across the dealer network
Conduct frequent dealership visits to audit campaign implementation, coach dealer marketing and sales teams on-site, and identify conversion bottlenecks (from lead capture to test-drive)
Act as primary liaison to resolve dealer concerns regarding brand support, budget allocation, or marketing material delivery
Budget, ROI & Performance Management
Manage the regional Dealer Marketing Fund, including budget allocation, expenditure tracking, and claim reimbursement approval
Monitor campaign effectiveness using key metrics: Cost Per Lead (CPL), Showroom Traffic Lift, Test-Drive Conversion Rate, and overall sales cont
