EXCEED SALES AND PROFITABILITY TARGETS
Deliver profit expectations by managing expenses and exceeding sales and key metric targets: Conversion, Units per transaction, Sales per worked hours and delivery and replenishment productivity Optimize the use of resource to improve productivity & efficiency Partner with CEM to implement action plans to minimize shrink and improve store compliance Identify opportunities to agevolazioni the business Handle all product items with care to ensure that
