Salary Range: 63.000 – 84.000 euro gross annual salary, depending on experience.

Role Overview





The BWS Special Projects Unit oversees BWS’s long-standing projects while leading the development and pre-production of new show formats, emotional masterplanning, and attraction concepts. The Unit operates across multiple disciplines, including:
- Live events and ceremonies
- Ticketed shows, based on original IP
- Architecture and design of theatres and public spaces
- Temporary and permanent artistic installations and exhibitions

We nurture each project from its earliest conceptual stage, guiding it from an abstract opportunity into a fully realized production. Through a step-by-step process, we transform visionary ideas into tangible, impactful experiences.

The Project Manager works in close collaboration with the Head of Production and the Executive Producer, supporting the overall planning, production and management of the projects assigned to the Special Projects Unit.
