Manpower in Mantova is seeking a seasoned Industrial Services Manager (MEP) to lead the design, operation and continuous improvement of utilities across the factory, including steam, HVAC, water and effluent systems, and to ensure reliable, efficient energy distribution.
You will ensure competent personnel, contribute to budgeting, and drive energy and water saving opportunities while maintaining quality, environmental, and safety compliance with contractors and Central Engineering.
