Maintenance Manager

As Maintenance Manager , you will lead the maintenance function of one of our main manufacturing plant in Italy, ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of production and facility equipment. Reporting directly to the Plant Director, you will play a key leadership role in developing maintenance strategies, driving operational performance, and supporting plant modernization initiatives in a dynamic industrial environment.
The role is based at our production site in Casella (GE) and requires close collaboration with local and international stakeholders as well as external suppliers and service providers.
