As a Senior Project Manager (SPM) in our Delivery team, you will play an influential role in overseeing complex design and construction projects, building strong client relationships, and leading project teams.



This includes responsibility for the day-to-day management of large-scale project elements and managing multiple Fit-out projects at different stages simultaneously, ensuring a focus on high-quality, client- focused project delivery.
Leading large-scale, complex projects from initial planning and conception through to final close-out, ensuring designs are completed on time and in line with client budgets.
Serving as the primary client contact, building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships, while proactively tailoring project strategies to exceed expectations.
Managing and coordinating all project aspects, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Leading site inspections and coordinating with Site Superintendents and trade partners to monitor construction quality, solve on-site challenges, and maintain rigorous health and safety compliance.
