You will collect feedback, monitor customer satisfaction KPIs,
and activate continuous improvement actions to enhance customer experience. Your ImpactCollect and analyze customer feedback to improve satisfaction.Monitor customer satisfaction KPIs and activate improvement actions.Identify and summarize service and product anomalies from the customer's perspective.Provide information and data to improve customer experience.Provide support to the Customer and manage the loop processSchedule periodic visits to customers, clubs, and dealers.Conduct audits on D&I; activities and after-sales technical assistance.Act as a Quality and Excellence ambassador for Technogym.About YouIdeally, you are enthusiastic and proactive, curious about innovation, while also down-to-earth and ethical.What you should bring:Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer satisfaction management.Strong customer orientation and project management skills.Experience with quality audits and custo
