ElevenLabs is seeking a Customer Success leader to own a defined book of business across Southern Europe. You will onboard, enable, and grow customer adoption of ElevenLabs’ platform, while driving renewals, expansions, and cross-sell opportunities.
You’ll advise on deployment across web/mobile, monitor usage and performance, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing to turn technical wins into revenue. Remote-first, with Italy/Spain options.
