CEME Group is an international industrial group, a leader in the design and production of solutions and systems for fluid management.
We are looking for an HR Manager of the Precision Fluid Technologies Business Unit, based in Colico (CO) who will act as a key point of reference also for our sites across Europe, North America and Mexico.
The HR Manager will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team and will report hierarchically to the BU CEO.
The role aims to support organizational growth and performance by aligning HR strategies with strategy. The HR Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to management on all people-related matters, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and engaging work environment while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and corporate policies in our Worldwide offices located in Europe, North America, Mexico and Asia.
Strategic Partnership & Advisory Partner with the BU leadership team to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent strategies aligned with business goals.
Provide expert HR guidance to managers on organizational design, performance management, leadership development, change initiative, change leadership and decision making.
Analyze key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, workforce composition, competencies) to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making.
Talent Management & Development Cooperate with the headquarter in supporting HR process such as performance management, talent review, training review, training and development needs and succession planning within the Business Unit
Promote employee engagement, organizational culture, and well-being initiatives.
Employee Relations & Industrial Relations Act as the main point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters, ensuring a positive and constructive work environment.
Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary matters, in compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
