A substantial portfolio of logistics warehousing projects has been developed in Italy from Milan to Bari and in all stages of development (early acquisition phase, under development and already fully developed).
Your Role
To support the continued growth of its activities in Italy, Weerts Group is seeking a talented and business-oriented Legal Counsel (Mid-Level or Senior) to join its legal team, focusing primarily on real estate and renewable energy projects.
You will play a key role in supporting the Group’s ambitious development plans across Italy. Working closely with the Italian commercial and technical teams, as well as with the legal and management teams at headquarters, you will provide practical and strategic legal advice throughout the entire lifecycle of projects and transactions.
This position will be based in Milan, where Weerts Group already has an established team of commercial and technical experts, and will require regular travel to Luxembourg.
Key Responsibilities
As Legal Counsel, you will provide day-to-day legal support on a broad range of matters related to the Group’s Italian operations, including:
Supporting the development of real estate and renewable energy projects from inception to completion;
Conducting and coordinating legal due diligence exercises;
