Metlen Energy & Metals in Milan seeks a Legal Counsel to support our Legal Technical Contracts team. You will review, draft, and negotiate EPC and O&M; contracts, and manage supply chain agreements to protect client interests in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
You will also provide legal support for Renewables activities, including origination, permitting, M&A;, PPAs, project financing, and construction, primarily in Italy and Eastern Europe.
