Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions seeks a Legal Counsel to enable business growth while protecting the company’s interests across Europe, focusing on Italy and Spain. You will advise on customer, supplier, and internal agreements, ensuring contracts are compliant, balanced and well-managed from negotiation to renewal.
You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to manage multi-jurisdictional contracts, support RFPs, and maintain governance with internal controls.
