The role
The job requires maintenance technical leadership, coordinating resources from the local,
regional and global organization as well as the global, category, peers and/ or 3PM teams. A key responsibility is to lead the maintenance budget as well as M&I; and innovation capex. The aim is to manage maintenance cost, systems and maintenance program at the site to drive safety, productivity improvement, cost, improvement of assets lifetime, asset utilization and reliability. A critical aspect is related to a strong passion for technical excellence and a continuous improvement approach. On top of this, it is also requested to develop people to drive team’s performance.
