Role Summary The Manager of Business Strategy & Analytics reports directly to the Vice President, Strategy, Pricing & Commercial Operations and serves as a key strategic partner in driving the growth, performance, and transformation agenda of the CCH Tagetik business.
This role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of business strategy through strategic planning, market intelligence, executive reporting, business intelligence, and advanced analytics. The Manager acts as the strategic and analytical center of excellence for the business, translating market, customer, financial, and operational data into actionable insights that inform executive decision-making and accelerate business outcomes.
1. Business Strategy & Strategic Planning Support the VP in development, refinement and execution of business growth strategy. Lead annual strategic planning, long-range planning, operating planning and business review processes. Own the business operating rhythm including monthly business reviews, QBRs, strategic planning sessions, KPI governance and executive performance reporting. Conduct market assessments, customer segmentation, industry analysis and competitive intelligence
