joint business planning and reviews with distributor.Support senior trade development managers (TDM) including capabilities, key performance indicators (KPIs), priorities, development plans, recruitment.Develop direct reports to hybrid role of internal process accountability and field execution standards, utilizing the senior TDM to focus greater time on field training and customer/consumer outcomes.Lead distributor incentives to drive field sales engagement and results, ensuring energy portfolio is consistently a top priority within the distributor teams.Develop joint key
