We are looking for aPRODUCT FUNCTIONAL SAFETY & CYBERSECURITY MANAGERPosizioneKey Responsabilities:Oversee the global strategy, governance, and operational framework for Functional Safety (ISO 26262, SOTIF, ISO 8800) and Cybersecurity (ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE R155/R156, CN GB/T).Develop and implement a balanced roadmap and supplier strategy to ensure cost-effective compliance with functional safety and product cybersecurity requirements across all products and processes.Work closely with Product Safety and Security, R&D; Centers of Competence, and AI Labs to introduce and deploy innovative methods and tools that enhance compliance and reduce costs.Support critical OEM programs in achieving readiness for certification by promoting collaborative and proactive approaches to trust, safety, and cybersecurity.Advise product teams on advanced compliance strategies for GenAI, over-the-air (OTA) updates, software-defined vehicles (SDVs),
and automated driving (AD) technologies.Represent IVG globally in matters of functional safety and cybersecurity, both in supplier relations and internal product strategy discussions.Lead the development of standards, foster partnerships with suppliers, and define certification and approval pathways.RequisitiRequirements:Over 15 years of professional experience, including at least 10 years in leadership roles within the automotive or technology industries, with expertise in functional safety, cybersecurity, and systems engineering.Demonstrates a clear understanding of the business benefits vs. investment costs of applying the functional safety and cybersecurity strategies to the product.Proven track record in influencing and interacting at the executive level, including strategy, roadmap, and budget planning, as well as successful OEM program launches.Extensive expertise in ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434,
