and transaction execution.The role combines financial rigor with strong organizational and coordination skills, ensuring documentation completeness, alignment among internal and external stakeholders, and timely delivery of due diligence and competitive process materials, from document checks and VDR management to Q&A; coordination, financial verifications and process execution support.Key Responsibilities1) Due Diligence Coordination & Document ManagementCoordinate document checks and completeness verification across VDR workstreams.Verify DD outputs and ensure alignment with process and counterparty requirements.Prepare and maintain VDR structure, ensuring timely upload, organization and access control of materials.Coordinate internal team members and external advisors (legal, technical, financial, tax) throughout the due diligence process.2) Q&A; and Stakeholder CoordinationCollect, track and coordinate responses to Q&A; requests from counterparties and invest
