OffertaKey RequirementsStrong knowledge of accounting principles (Italian GAAP / OIC and/or IFRS), with particular focus on real estate accountingGood understanding of real estate taxation, including VAT,
property taxes, and transaction-related taxesProven experience in the real estate sector is highly recommendedGood level of spoken and written English (German is a plus)Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environmentMain ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate, compliant, and timely financial management of Italian real estate entitiesAct as main liaison between headquarters and external accountants, tax advisors, and auditorsCoordinate reporting, closing, and filing timelines, proactively following up with all stakeholdersReview periodic financial statements and tax filings, identifying inconsistencies, risks, or improvement areasEnsure proper documentation, audit trails, and compliance with Italian accounting and tax regulationsMonitor cash flow, rental income, and operating expensesOversee rental invoicing, payments, and collectionsSupport the management of real estate
