In this position, you will be responsible for the development and deployment of Ferrero Operational Excellence (FOX) methodologies related to Lean Manufacturing / World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), with a focus on the Autonomous Maintenance (AM) pillar.In this role, you will also coordinate and drive internal and external best practices cross-fertilization, continuous improvement, and workshops with related industrial functions.Main Responsibilities:Covering this role, you will become the change agent, bringing your continuous improvement mindset and fostering the operational excellence culture.You will
