Job Description Summary:Nadara is expanding its pan-European renewable platform and is looking for a M&A; & Brownfield Investments Senior Manager to drive brownfield origination and M&A; execution across key markets. This role combines strategic sourcing, complex deal leadership and cross-border execution within a fast-growing international environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying value-accretive opportunities and supporting Nadara's long-term portfolio growth across solar, wind and storage assets.Job Description:Key Responsibilities1. Brownfield Origination (Pan-Europe)Build and manage a pipeline across core markets (IT, PT, ES, UK, FR) spanning solar, wind and storage.Develop proprietary deal flow through relationships with developers, IPPs, advisors, funds, OEMs and utilities.Monitor market dynamics including remuneration schemes, grid constraints, repowering frameworks and regulatory evolution.2.
