Your Mission As Project/Construction Manager Energy Efficiency you will coordinate with other Operations team members,
Sales team and external partners for the design and realization of EE projects, playing a key role in maintaining a high operability and profitability of GY in Italy.
A few examples of your responsibilities Engage with the commercial team to support the development of new opportunities and take ownership of their technical business development.
Develop energy audits across industrial and tertiary sites to define energy baselines and identify efficiency measures.
Estimate EPC costs and assess technical and economic feasibility, ensuring opportunities are accurate, competitive, and profitable.
Coordinate engineering partners and service providers in developing designs to define project scope, budget, schedule, and technical specifications.
Manage supplier qualification, negotiations, and contractual aspects.
Calculate energy savings, incentives, and certificates in compliance with applicable regulations.
