We are currently looking for a Site Manager to join our M Renewables team in Italyfor the construction of utility-scale solar projects. Site-based role to lead on-site execution for the MV Substation and MV Interconnecting Line within a utility-scale solar PV project. You will work within a structured project team (PM, Engineering, HSE, QA/QC, commissioning partners). Supervise construction for: Substation civil works (earthworks, foundations, trenches/duct banks, plinths, fencing, roads, drainage).



Substation electrical works (MV switchgear/RMU, transformer(s) if applicable, protection & control, AC/DC auxiliaries, batteries/UPS, lighting, earthing, cable installation/terminations). SCADA/telecom & signals (RTU/comms/FO where applicable). MV interconnecting line (route readiness, trenching/ducting, cable laying/stringing, joints/terminations, crossings, reinstatement). verify manpower, equipment, productivity, and quality.2) Quality, Testing & Close-Out Implement Quality Plans/ITPs; manage inspections, punch list, NCRs and close-out. Coordinate functional tests (protection/interlocks/auxiliaries/SCADA/telecom) and line tests (as applicable) and support documentation for energization/hand-over.3) Interfaces & Logistics Report progress/risks to the Project Manager; support interfaces with Client/DL/CSE and grid stakeholders (where in scope).
