Role Overview
As the Senior Paid Media Strategist, you will own the strategy, execution, optimization, and performance of multi-channel paid media campaigns. You'll combine strategic planning with hands-on campaign management, overseeing initiatives across search, social, retargeting, and account-based marketing (ABM) channels while continuously improving results through testing, analytics, and AI-powered optimization.
This role is ideal for a senior performance marketer who enjoys building scalable acquisition systems, translating data into strategic decisions, and driving measurable business outcomes through paid media.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Management
Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
Build campaigns aligned with business goals, including brand awareness, lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue generation.
Manage campaign budgets, forecasting, pacing, and resource allocation to maximize performance.
Oversee campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting across multiple channels.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize toward key metrics such as CPL, SQLs, ROAS, lead quality, pipeline contribution, and revenue impac
