Monitor, analyze, and report financial metrics and operational KPIs for the Plant, providing actionable insights to support business performance and continuous improvement initiatives.Review, validate, and release Standard Costs, managing related inventory and cost revaluations while ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines.Prepare and continuously improve financial and operational reports tailored to senior management requirements and evolving business needs.Monitor inventory levels and valuation,



ensuring financial accuracy and supporting initiatives aimed at improving inventory efficiency and working capital management.Partner with plant leadership to identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions that support the achievement of financial and operational targets.Ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights.Proactive mindset and hands-on approach in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
