ABOUT EXPERIMENTAL ROMA
Opening in October 2026 on Via Ludovisi, just off the legendary Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will be a vibrant and cinematic new destination from Experimental.
Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of la dolce vita : elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian.
The property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool offering breathtaking views over the magnificent cityscape of Rome.

ABOUT THE JOB
As part of their duties, he/she will be responsible for:
- Delivering dishes from the kitchen to the dining area and acting as the liaison between the chef de rang and the kitchen,
- Setting up trays, sideboards, and room service trays before service,
- Preparing and delivering room service trays to guest rooms,
- Performing end-of-service tasks: cleaning, organizing, and preparing for the next service,
- Ensuring all work areas are maintained in optimal condition (cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality),
- Contributing to smooth communication between the kitchen and the dining area by responding quickly to the needs of both teams,
- Ensuring guest satisfaction through prompt service and professional conduct in the dining room.
