Role Description The Showroom Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Milan. This position is responsible for welcoming visitors to the showroom, presenting MOSHNEB's products, and guiding clients through collections, features, and customization options. The specialist will manage client inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and support the sales process from initial contact through order completion.
Daily tasks include maintaining product displays, preparing price quotations, updating client records, and coordinating with the design and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery. The role also involves assisting with showroom events, tracking sales performance, and sharing client feedback with management to enhance the overall showroom experience. Qualifications Strong luxury furniture showroom experience, including managing displays and supporting a premium in-person client experience. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present products clearly and confidently to diverse clients. Proven customer service skills, focused on building relationships, handling inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
