Hetronic Italy is seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Key Account Manager
to join our Sales team. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sustainable revenue growth. We are looking for an energetic sales professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate new customer leads.
- Prepare and deliver commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Develop account plans to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Engineering, Customer Service, Production, and Operations, to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor customer requirements and market trends to identify growth opportunities.




- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall commercial strategy.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM system.
- Represent Hetronic Italy at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events as required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Commercial mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
