Are you an Italian speaker looking for an opportunity to start your international career while enjoying life in Greece?

We are currently looking for Italian-speaking Customer Support Agents to join an international project within the automotive industry, providing high-quality assistance to customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for junior candidates, recent graduates and freshers who want to gain professional experience in an international environment.

Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Agent, you will:
- Assist Italian-speaking customers with their requests and provide professional support.
- Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone and other communication channels.
- Identify customers' needs and provide clear and accurate information.




- Coordinate roadside assistance when required.
- Support customers professionally and calmly, including in urgent situations.
- Accurately record customer interactions in the internal systems.

Who We're Looking For
- Fluent level Italian (C1-C2).
- Good command of English (B2) for training and internal communication.
- Junior profiles and freshers are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Previous Customer Service experience is not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented, patient and solution-focused attitude.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece.
- Availability to work in a rotating shift environment.
