We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Sales Manager, Electronic Controls to accelerate growth across our electronic controls portfolio in Italy and surrounding markets.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a strong electronics or controls background who enjoys identifying new business opportunities, influencing technical decisions, and working closely with customers to deliver high-value solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth of Electronic & Controls solutions across assigned territories and customer accounts
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEMs, contractors, integrators, and end users
- Work closely with Account Executives to uncover and execute cross-selling opportunities within existing compressor and system business
- Provide technical sales support during customer discussions, specification activities, and solution development
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, becoming a trusted advisor for electronic controls solutions
- Deliver product presentations, customer training sessions, and value-based sales demonstrations
- Support new product introductions
