Our client, a well-known multinational company in the restaurant industry is looking for a
Recruitment Manager
to join their team in Italy. This is a key role within the HR structure, with high visibility and direct impact on business growth.

You will be the owner of the recruitment function in Italy, leading mainly high-volume operational hiring while helping to structure processes, metrics and best practices, ensuring recruitment activities are aligned with business needs and growth plans. This is a hands-on position with real responsibility, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to operations and building structure in a growing environment
