Are you an experienced actuarial or data science professional passionate about driving sophisticated pricing strategies that make a real difference? We're looking for a Pricing & Actuarial Lead to take ownership of pricing initiatives within our dynamic Roadside Assistance Pricing Team and shape innovative pricing strategies on a global scale.
About the Role
As a Lead within our international pricing team, you'll provide strategic direction and technical leadership for the development of cutting-edge actuarial and machine learning models that drive our pricing strategy. This is a unique opportunity to combine deep technical expertise with business impact and cross-functional influence, delivering pricing solutions that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and profitability.
What you do
Strategic Pricing Direction
Define and own the pricing strategy for Roadside Assistance products across multiple markets




Partner with senior leadership to align pricing initiatives with broader business objectives and profitability targets
Drive the pricing roadmap, identifying opportunities for competitive advantage and revenue growth
Data Exploration & Analysis
Lead the analysis, interpretation, and preparation of complex insurance datasets, ensuring data quality and appropriateness for actuarial modeling and insights
Establish best practices and standards for data governance within the pricing function
Model Development & Innovation
Lead the development and maintenance of advanced actuarial and machine learning pricing models
Ensure robust validation of underlying actuarial assumptions for business-ready models
Champion innovation across pricing and underwriting functions, driving enhancements for increased accuracy and efficiency
Insights & Communication
Present complex data insights, pricing results, and strategic recommendations to senior management
