Our mission is to safeguard people, devices and data everywhere. We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support the continued expansion of our private sector business across the Southern region. The role will lead a team of Regional Account Managers, driving growth across private sector organisations and strengthening Fortinet's presence in the Southern region.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Regional Account Managers
- Build and execute strategic territory plans to expand Fortinet's presence across private sector accounts in the South
- Establish and strengthen executive-level relationships with key decision makers, influencers and partners




- Oversee the creation and delivery of proposals, bids, RFI and RFP responses, and Statements of Work
- Support the team in negotiating commercial terms that drive long-term customer partnerships
- Drive new business development while ensuring strong expansion within existing private sector accounts
- Manage reseller and partner relationships in alignment with Fortinet's channel programmes, ensuring effective enablement and collaboration
- Build revenue and non-revenue business plans with partners, including MDF strategy, account penetration and profitability targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and ensure consistent execution across the territory
- Collaborate closely with SE teams, consulting teams, marketing, engineering and regional leadership to drive growth
- Travel within the assigned territory as required
