ResponsabilitàEsprimi il tuo potenzialeAs Head of Business Development EMEA, you will lead our regional Business Development function, driving growth, market development, and new business opportunities across EMEA. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business Units while leading an international team focused on delivering sustainable growth. This position can be based in Italy or Spain.Your key responsibilities will include:Define and execute the EMEA Business Development strategy in alignment with regional sales and growth objectives.Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing international Business Development team, setting clear priorities and driving accountability.Drive lead generation, target account programs, and market development initiatives across the EMEA region.Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities to accelerate sustainable regional growth.Foster strong collaboration between Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Business Units to maximize commercial success.Own and continuously improve lead generation, qualification, conversion,



and sales handover processes.Monitor lead quality, conversion rates, and overall business impact through data-driven decision-making.Provide senior leadership with regular business performance updates, market insights, and strategic recommendations.Support regional growth initiatives, marketing campaigns, and new solution launches.Plan and coordinate participation in key industry events and trade fairs in partnership with Marketing.Promote best practices and drive a consistent Business Development approach across all EMEA countries.Build and maintain relationships with senior customer stakeholders and executive decision-makers to unlock new business opportunities.ProfiloRequisiti per il successoBachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification.Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial Leadership roles within industrial automation, intralogistics, or solution
