About the Role:We are looking for a Product Technical Performance Manager (PTPM) to join our TPD Premium Chocolate team.

In this role, you will contribute to the development, optimization and industrialization of Premium Chocolate products, supporting both innovation projects and the continuous improvement of existing products.
Working across laboratories, pilot plants and manufacturing sites, you will help ensure that products consistently meet Ferrero's quality standards and deliver outstanding consumer experiences.You will join a highly dynamic and international environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and production sites worldwide to bring new ideas from concept to market while enhancing the technical performance of our Premium Chocolate portfolio.Main Responsibilities:You will plan,
organize and execute trials and experiments to deliver product and process development projects in line with defined technical requirements and business objectives.
Supporting projects from concept through industrialization and launch, you will leverage your product and process expertise in Premium Chocolate products, managing laboratory trials, sensory evaluations, scale-up activities, factory tests and supplier trials.You will be responsible for the creation and ownership of industrial recipes for the products under your responsibility, ensuring successful implementation and consistent performance across manufacturing sites.
Additionally, you will identify and evaluate new ingredients for the category and contribute to the development of new formulations, ensuring optimum organoleptic characteristics throughout product shelf life.You will also define key technological parameters for new products and formulations, ensuring compliance with product specifications and supporting the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.W
