HEAVENSAKE is reviving sake as a global luxury category, bridging centuries of Japanese Toji craftsmanship with French Assemblage and joie de vivre. We move between fashion weeks, exhibitions, and Michelin tables, and we're looking for someone who can execute that vision with precision at every touchpoint.
Role Description
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, supply chain, and digital operations. It suits someone who is organized by instinct, drawn to luxury storytelling, and energized by the meeting point of hospitality, culture, and beverage.
What you'll own
- Coordinate relationships with partners, cultural institutions, and collaborators across fashion weeks, exhibitions, and creative partnerships
- Oversee POS material supply and supplier relationships across US, EU, and Middle East markets
- Manage bottle allocation, warehouse operations, and inventory tracking across storage facilities
- Support marketing automation (email, LinkedIn, event communications)
and coordinate blog content
- Process invoices and reimbursements, supporting financial administration
What you bring
- 3–5 years in marketing coordination, operations, or a comparable role
- Strong organizational and project management skills across international markets
- Experience with international suppliers and logistics coordination
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and automation platforms
- A proactive mindset and a real curiosity about AI tools
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
- A genuine interest in luxury, hospitality, or the beverage world
Based at our Milan office, on-site, with occasional remote flexibility at manager discretion.
Compensation: €2,000–€3,000 gross per month.
