Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Italian Cold Caller at WiseLex BPO Solutions.
The Italian Cold Caller will make outbound calls to potential clients in Italian, introduce services, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up appointments or handoffs to the sales team. The role includes accurately documenting call outcomes, updating CRM or call logs, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality in all communications. The Italian Cold Caller will follow scripts and campaigns provided by management, adapt messaging to client needs, and collaborate with supervisors to improve call strategies and conversion rates. The position also involves meeting daily and weekly performance targets, participating in training sessions, and contributing to a positive, results-driven remote work environment.
