Oliver Wyman Milan is seeking a Principal to lead transformational engagements in the Energy & Natural Resources sector. You will work with C-suite clients, partners, and Italian and international teams to drive strategy, performance, and the energy transition.
We value senior leaders who coach diverse teams, shape propositions, and grow the Milan franchise across Europe. Fluency in Italian and English, a master degree or MBA, and willingness to travel are required.
