Technical Asset Manager

The Technical Asset Manager will be responsible for managing technical asset initiatives on the landlord side across a regional portfolio. This includes major and minor CAPEX projects—such as extensions, redevelopments, and renovations from concept through to completion. Acting as the primary technical point of contact, the role ensures compliance, cost efficiency, and strategic alignment while collaborating closely with in-house development, investment, and asset management teams, as well as external partners.
Key responibilities
- Lead CAPEX projects from technical due diligence through design, tendering, permitting, procurement, contracting, and handover.
- Oversee permitting strategies, design coordination, cost planning, and construction processes.
- Prepare and approve budgets; monitor costs and implement corrective measures where necessary.
- Conduct feasibility studies, technical risk assessments, and cost-vantaggi analyses.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business plans, financial evaluations, and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including authorities, contractors, architects, and engineers.
- Support rapid implementation of new operations (e.g., site set-up and onboarding readiness).
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards.
- Apply best practice in processes, reporting, and documentation flow.
Your profile
- A hands-on attitude combined with a strong business mindset.
- Relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in technical asset management or project management within real estate, preferably in the logistics sector.
- Sound knowledge of local regulations, such as building codes and fire protection standards.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- High level of independence, teamwork skills and willingness to travel.
