Job Description:Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Rotary Wing Flight Simulator Coordinator and Team Leader to lead the development, integration, and operation of a helicopter flight simulation system.The successful candidate will act as the technical and hierarchical reference for a small multidisciplinary team within a larger organizational structure, ensuring the delivery and continuous improvement of high-fidelity simulation solutions for engineering purposes.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and lead the activities related to the development, integration, and maintenance of a rotary-wing flight simulator.Act as technical leader and hierarchical manager for a small team, ensuring alignment with program objectives and company standards.Contribute directly to the development of simulation software, including models, tools, and supporting applications.Define, develop, and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICD) and technical specifications for simulator subsystems.Manage and coordinate internal and external suppliers, overseeing software and hardware development activities,
technical compliance, planning, and deliverables.Interface with other departments (engineering, training, IT…) within a larger organizational structure.Support simulator validation, qualification, and acceptance activities.Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and problem-solving within the team.Required Experience and QualificationsExper/Senior - Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the flight simulation domain, preferably on rotary-wing (helicopter) simulators; 10+ years of experience is highly desirable.Solid background in flight simulation systems, real-time architectures, and simulator environments.Proven experience in software development (simulation, real-time systems, or related engineering software).Strong experience in writing and managing ICDs and technical documentation.Demonstrated capability in supplier management, including coordination of internal teams and externa
