About The Role
In the Brazed and Fusion Bonded Heat Exchangers Business Unit (BU BFB), part of our Energy division, we have high ambitions to grow. The Portfolio Manager is instrumental in defining, prioritizing, and optimizing our product and service portfolio, effectively bridging business strategy, product management, and commercial execution.
The core purpose of this role is to own and drive the overall portfolio strategy and commercial performance, making the right assortment, lifecycle, and resource allocation decisions to maximize growth, profitability, and market relevance. The Portfolio Manager ensures that all portfolio decisions are insight-driven, commercially robust, and support both our immediate targets and long-term ambitions. The role will be leading the Product Management Team and serving as the key interface between Product Marketing, Sales, and Business Development.The Portfolio Manager transforms strategy into actionable portfolio plans driving commercial success and fostering organizational alignment.
