Role Overview:
BBVA is looking for a Associate Lead – Business Management & Execution to join its Global Transaction Banking team in Italy.
This role sits at the heart of transaction execution, acting as a key link between clients, relationship teams and operational units, with exposure to a broad range of local and international GTB products.
What you will do:
- Support the execution of Guarantees, Standby Letters of Credit, Import & Export Letters of Credit, Working Capital solutions, Factoring and Supply Chain Finance.
- Act as the main operational point of contact for clients after deal closing, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
- Review transactional documentation and coordinate internal approvals in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage complex, cross-border transactions.
- Support payments, collections and operational monitoring linked to GTB activities.
- Contribute to reporting, transaction monitoring and performance tracking.
- Support supplier onboarding for Supply Chain Finance programs.
Who you are:
- You have experience in transaction banking, trade finance or guarantees, ideally in an international environment.
- You are client-oriented, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced, regulated and international context.
- You are fluent in English and Italian (Spanish is a plus).
