The Program Leader - Interior Design is responsible for the development and management of academic undergraduate programs, ensuring the highest scientific and quality standards while maintaining compliance with ministerial and regional accreditation requirements. This role involves overseeing faculty development, fostering an excellent learning experience for students through dedicated tutoring and supervision, and managing collaborations with leading luxury and high-end industry partners. In addition to academic leadership, the Program Leader - Interior Design will contribute to research initiatives, enhance their academic profile, and support the institution’s mission of excellence in design education. Key Responsibilities
Courses Management
Directly coordinates the courses within the assigned academic area: overseeing the development of educational programs, ensuring quality, and managing the necessary academic documentation.
Supervises academic and scientific results in compliance with ministerial and regional regulations. Serves as the point of reference for the scientific coordinators of undegraduate programs, ensuring compliance with educational regulations and directly managing the faculty to meet ministerial requirements. Actively supports the Director of Education in maintaining accreditation requirements and achieving academic targets. Collaborates with the academic department in designing and structuring courses.
Faculty Management
Acts as the primary reference for the faculty within the assigned academic area. Monitors academic activities to ensure quality teaching standards and active support for students’ learning experiences. Ensures faculty compliance with corporate quality standards. Oversees the scientific development of faculty members’ CVs in accordance with regulatory requirements. Assists the Director of Educatio
