This position reports to:HR Business PartnerGlobal HR Projects Manager, Electrification Service Location: Global, with preference for European time zoneAs a Global HR Projects Manager, you will lead the execution of strategic HR initiatives and projects across the Service Division, Electrification, in alignment with business strategy as well as group guidance, policies and procedures. You will partner with Regional HR Business Partners across three regions (Europe, Middle East and Africa; and Americas) and Global HR Business Partners to design, implement and deliver impactful HR programs that drive organizational effectiveness and talent excellence.Your responsibilitiesDesign and lead end-to-end HR projects and programs, translating business requirements into actionable project plans with clear objectives, timelines, and success metricsEngage and influence business leaders, HR Business Partners,
and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project vision, scope, and deliverablesOversee program management across three global regions, coordinating with Regional HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to ensure consistent and successful implementationLead the design and execution of early talent initiatives and programs, development and learning activities that support organizational needs and career progressionIdentify, monitor, and mitigate project risks; serve as trusted advisors to business leaders and other stakeholdersCollect feedback, analyze programs and project effectiveness, and recommend enhancements to optimize HR processes and employee experienceCreate project documentation, establish templates, and capture best practices for knowledge sharing and organizational learningQualifications Degree in Business, HR, Communications or related field with 5+ years of HR experien
