Own the organization's contribution to funnel growth, design-ins, design-wins, and revenue
Lead, develop,
and optimize Product Marketing and Application Engineering
Allocate resources to align with strategic business priorities
Partner closely with Segment Leaders, Sales, Product Management to drive growth
Ensure availability of marketing assets, reference designs, evaluation platforms, and technical proof points
Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and key industry stakeholders
Foster a performance-driven culture focused on measurable business outcomes
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Semiconductor Technology, or a related technical field. MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus
~10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Application Engineering, Product Management, or related technology leadership roles, with proven success leading high-performing global teams
